We will be switching our cellular provider from AT&T to Verizon on October 19th. This will require you to upgrade to a new Verizon phone. To ensure your data is properly transferred to your new phone (contacts, pictures, apps, etc.) you will need to verify your phone is up-to-date and that you are currently backing up your phone to iCloud. 


Step 1 – Update your phone/iOS to the latest version (The latest version is iOS 14.0.1)

  1. Click the Settings icon (located on your main phone screen)
  2. Click General
  3. Click Software Update
  4. If an update is available, it will begin downloading. 
    1. Click Install Now once complete.
  5. If no update is available, the screen will read ‘Your software is up to date’. 

Step 2 – Verify your phone is backing up to iCloud

  1. Click the Settings icon (located on your main phone screen)
  2. Click your name at the top of the screen
  3. Click iCloud
  4. Verify all desired services are on/enabled to ensure they are backed up (e.g. Photos, Contacts, etc)

Step 3 – Exchanging your phone

Our Verizon representative will be on-site to exchange your old device for a new one at the following times:
