Fiske Apartments, also known as Enumclaw Apartments, is an upcoming multifamily project located in the City of Enumclaw. Spanning approximately 13 acres and consisting of six parcels (192007-9020, 9024, 9120, 9121, 302007-9039 & 9053), this development is planned to accommodate around 201 units. The design phase is currently underway for city storm, sanitary sewer, and city water connections, although no applications have been submitted at this time.
